Delete your Franchiseen account

You can delete your Franchiseen account (operated by Codelude Software) and the personal data associated with it at any time, using either of the options below.

Option 1: Delete from the app

Open the Franchiseen app and sign in.
Tap the Account tab.
Tap Delete account.
Confirm by tapping Delete. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone, and you will be signed out.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

Send an email to franchiseen@codelude.com from the email address registered to your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We may contact you to verify the request. Email requests are processed within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your profile and login identity (email address, sign-in accounts and active sessions)
Likes, saved properties, notifications and push-notification tokens
Phone verification codes and brand team memberships
Newsletter subscriptions linked to your account
Unpublished brand/listing drafts (draft, pending or rejected)
Uploaded identity documents (e.g. PAN document)

What may be retained

Deal and payment records: if you took part in a franchise deal, the deal and its payment records are kept, linked only to an anonymised account record (your email and login are removed), as records we are legally required to keep for legal, tax and accounting purposes, for as long as the law requires.
Published brands: brands you published are unlinked from your account and handed to our team.
Audit logs: a minimal internal record that a deletion took place.
